These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SermonForm ("SermonForm," "we," "us," or "our"), provided by Van Kirk Collective LLC. By creating an account or using SermonForm, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
SermonForm is a sermon writing, preparation, and organization tool designed to help pastors build sermons using structured blocks, notes, outlines, illustrations, applications, and manuscripts. SermonForm is a tool — it does not replace pastoral judgment, biblical study, theological review, or professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
To use SermonForm, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of the original sermon content you create in SermonForm. To operate, maintain, and support the service, you grant SermonForm a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, process, transmit, back up, and otherwise handle your content as needed to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for the content you create and upload. Please do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, harmful, or that contains confidential third-party information you do not have permission to share.

Your use of SermonForm is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
SermonForm is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or other pricing in the future. If we do, we will show you the applicable terms before charging you.

You may stop using SermonForm at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to do so to protect the service or other users. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
